- 01 How long does a project take?
- It depends on the scope. A website takes about a month; a complete management system, with its API, modules and interface, runs from five to twelve months. Hardware integrations depend on the equipment already installed: if the reader exposes its protocol, it moves fast.
- 02 Can you work on the system I already have?
- Yes, and it is a large part of what I do. The Maxipet platform was migrated from Flask to Spring Boot 3 keeping the same PostgreSQL and the same users, without stopping operations at any point. The cutover is planned with a rollback path: if something goes wrong, you are back on the previous system the same day.
- 03 Can you connect the time clock or reader already installed?
- Yes. I work with Hikvision over ISAPI, ZKTeco over MIFARE and Suprema, as well as ESC/POS thermal printers and Mercado Pago and BBVA payment terminals. A typical case: the time clock was already recording attendance, but payroll was still calculated by hand; the system closes that gap end to end.
- 04 Do you work outside Puebla?
- Development, integration and deployment work the same remotely, so location changes nothing. What does require being on site is the physical work: rack-mounting a server, running structured cabling or setting up the network at a location.
- 05 Can I see something of yours running?
- Yes. The Skilled Proyectos Industriales site is live at skilled.mx, and the car wash point of sale has a downloadable installer. Every project page explains the problem it solved, how it is built and what it integrates with.
- 06 How much does it cost?
- There is no price list because no two systems are alike: cost comes from the scope, how many modules it needs and what it has to integrate with. Write to me with what you need and I will tell you whether I have worked on it and how I would approach it, before talking numbers.
