What I do

The areas I work in, from the API to the physical server.

01 BACKEND Systems and APIs Complete management systems and the APIs behind them: payroll, employees, inventory, point of sale and internal operations, on Spring Boot or FastAPI. DURATION 5 to 12 months View details 02 WEB Websites Corporate and presentation sites: fast, indexable and free of generic templates, with their domain, certificate and deployment. DURATION ≈ 1 month View details 03 IOT Hardware integration Biometric and card readers (Hikvision, ZKTeco, Suprema), Mercado Pago and BBVA payment terminals, NFC/RFID, serial communication, ESC/POS thermal printers and ESP32 boards. View details 04 SQL Databases Modelling in PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQLite: referential integrity, indexes, versioned migrations with Flyway, backups and slow queries. View details 05 INFRA Servers and infrastructure From rack to deployment: installation and setup of HPE and Lenovo servers, plus the Linux, Docker and Nginx running on top. View details 06 NET Networks Network design and installation with Ubiquiti (UniFi) gear: switches, access points, VLANs, segmentation, cabling and link monitoring. View details 07 MIGRATE Migration and automation Modernize what already exists and automate the repetitive: move a system to a maintainable stack and turn manual work into tasks that run on their own. Frequently asked questions

6 questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A website takes about a month; a complete management system, with its API, modules and interface, runs from five to twelve months. Hardware integrations depend on the equipment already installed: if the reader exposes its protocol, it moves fast.
Can you work on the system I already have?
Yes, and it is a large part of what I do. The Maxipet platform was migrated from Flask to Spring Boot 3 keeping the same PostgreSQL and the same users, without stopping operations at any point. The cutover is planned with a rollback path: if something goes wrong, you are back on the previous system the same day.
Can you connect the time clock or reader already installed?
Yes. I work with Hikvision over ISAPI, ZKTeco over MIFARE and Suprema, as well as ESC/POS thermal printers and Mercado Pago and BBVA payment terminals. A typical case: the time clock was already recording attendance, but payroll was still calculated by hand; the system closes that gap end to end.
Do you work outside Puebla?
Development, integration and deployment work the same remotely, so location changes nothing. What does require being on site is the physical work: rack-mounting a server, running structured cabling or setting up the network at a location.
Can I see something of yours running?
Yes. The Skilled Proyectos Industriales site is live at skilled.mx, and the car wash point of sale has a downloadable installer. Every project page explains the problem it solved, how it is built and what it integrates with.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list because no two systems are alike: cost comes from the scope, how many modules it needs and what it has to integrate with. Write to me with what you need and I will tell you whether I have worked on it and how I would approach it, before talking numbers.
